Absolute Care Residences (ACR) offers home care and in-home/community support services to eligible clients. Services are provided based on state regulations, contractual agreements, and compliance standards.

1.1 Eligibility for Services

• Services are available to individuals who meet the necessary criteria under state and federal home care regulations.
• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information.
• Services may be subject to approval by insurance providers or funding agencies.

1.2 Employee Standards

• ACR employees and caregivers must comply with all state-mandated regulations, including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.
• Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, follow schedules, and adhere to documentation requirements.
• Failure to meet compliance standards may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of employment.

ACR operates in accordance with federal, state, and local laws governing home care services. Employees and clients must adhere to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, ensuring proper timekeeping and service documentation. Clients and employees acknowledge that failure to meet compliance standards may impact services provided or employment status.

ACR does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal and medical information is protected under state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Clients and employees must not share sensitive information outside of authorized communications with ACR.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and insurance information to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Employees are only paid for hours recorded through the EVV system.
• Manual adjustments may be made only in compliance with state regulations and ACR's policies.
• ACR reserves the right to withhold payments or services if there are compliance violations, missing documentation, or fraud concerns.

5.1 Employee Responsibilities

• Clocking in and out accurately using the EVV system.
• Providing professional, ethical, and high-quality care to clients.
• Reporting any technical issues or scheduling conflicts immediately.
• Complying with all ACR policies and state regulations.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and updated health and contact information.
• Cooperating with caregivers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Reporting any concerns regarding service quality or compliance.

ACR reserves the right to suspend or terminate services or employment if:

• A client or employee fails to meet compliance requirements.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct is suspected.
• The client no longer qualifies for home care services under state regulations.
• The employee fails to meet performance or documentation standards.

ACR is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, policy changes, or regulatory updates. ACR does not guarantee specific service availability if compliance issues arise.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes or operational adjustments. Any updates will be posted on our website (absolutecare.us). Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
